Weiling Neo is a multidisciplinary creative— animator, designer, and CG artist based in NYC with an endless love for motion and a soft spot for cinematic storytelling. She thrives on remixing worlds, splicing the classics with modern techniques, 2D with 3D, crafting work that surprises and delights.

Before joining an agency as an in-house Motion Designer, she spent years freelancing—bringing stories to life, designing animations, and creating visuals for independent studios. From short films to music videos, every project was a chance to experiment, blend mediums, and push storytelling in unexpected ways.

Recently at Definition 6 (now Bridgenext), she brings that same curiosity to agency work, fusing narrative, motion and design to make campaigns/social ads that are as thoughtful as they are visually striking.
